The 281 guest rooms are very well decorated with richly coloured upholstery and pastel walls. The furnishings - a pleasing mixture of modern and traditional styles - are all of a high standard. The Hotel Carmen restaurant serves regional and international dishes. There's another "barbeque" restaurant next to the roof-top pool, where guests can enjoy excellent views of Granada.
