Monte Carlo hotel
The hotel is located in the most central and commercial area of Granada, five minutes' drive from the Alhambra. Corte Inlges department store is almost directly opposite, on the other side of the road.

Monte Carlo hotel
The Monte Carlo Hotel is housed in a typical Andalucian building with a cream brick façade, close to the city's main attractions. Exterior facing rooms have a white finish to their balcony doors. The compact lobby is brightly appointed, with marble floors, a gleaming wood reception desk and a cosy seating area composed of blue sofas and a glass coffee table. The décor has a Moorish feel to it, albeit in an understated fashion. The 60 guestrooms are designed in a similar fashion, with cream walls, tiled floors and wood fittings. All the rooms are clean and well maintained, but only some of them are air conditioned. The hotel offers a Continental buffet every morning in its welcoming breakfast room.

futbal bar in the square beside the tourist office is great. Don't let the name put you off, tapas with your drink is free, great ice creams and pastries, very busy with local people of all ages.

Walk to Sacramonte to see the cave houses, walk to Albacin and Mirador for a fantastic sunset.Make your way dowm towards the cathedral for greta Arab shops. Los Tintos great for for Wine and Tapas but generally everywhere is good.
